Latest Super Shake

I have just created my new favourite super shake and thought I would share it with you;

1 x Banana

1 x Tablespoon Organic Peanut Butter
1 x Tablespoon of Udo's Oil
1 x Scoop of Sun Warrior Rice Protein (Chocolate Flavour)
5 x Ice Cubes

Throw this lot into the blender and add water (how much depends on how thick you want the shake). Blend all the ingredients, pour into a glass and enjoy. Pure heaven.

Not only does it taste great, it is packed full of energy, healthy fats and a complete amino acid profile!

For an even healthier alternative try some organic almond butter in place of the peanut butter!

N.B. If you are looking to burn fat then just beware how much peanut/almond butter you put in, it is very energy dense!
