The Metabolic Challenge

The
Gymless Metabolic Challenge is a high-octane six week personal training program designed to help you burn unwanted body fat whilst simultaneously enhancing your muscular tone, strength and stamina. The goal of the challenge is simple; lose as much body fat as you can in six weeks and transform your physical appearance!


What does it involve?

For six weeks you will receive expert 1-2-1 coaching and motivation through two/three metabolic workouts per week. The workouts are tailored to your current fitness level and designed to ignite your metabolism and burn body fat.

In addition to the workouts you will be encouraged to make certain nutritional commitments for the duration of the six week challenge. These include:

  • A Six Week Sugar Detox
  • A Six Week Alcohol Detox
  • A Six Week Processed Grain Detox
Eliminating these foods will help you to reduce energy intake, detox the body and control insulin levels, all essential ingredients to fast and effective fat loss. Remember, it is very hard to out-train a bad diet!

What do you get when you sign up?

12-18 Personal Training Sessions

During these sessions you will be coached and motivated through the metabolic workouts that will help increase your energy expenditure, strengthen your muscles and set up your hormones for maximum fat loss. A typical workout will involve a dynamic warm up, metabolic strength training, a cardio finisher and yoga based cool down.

Weekly Results Tracking

On a weekly basis you will be emailed graphs and charts that detail your progress and provide motivation for the training week ahead.

Phone/Email Support

For the duration of the program you will have access to your trainer via phone or email should you have any questions that need answering.

A Copy Of The Gymless Training System

This 200+ page manual contains the blueprints to a lean and strong body for life. Upon completion of the six week challenge you will receive a copy so that you can continue your fitness journey. The manual contains all the workout templates, exercise descriptions, recovery strategies and nutritional guidelines that you will ever need.

Access to the Gymless Fitness Training Members Area

In the members area you will have ongoing access to the discussion forum where you can get all your fitness questions answered. This is a great resource to help keep you on track after you have finished the six week challenge and is the perfect supplement to The Gymless Training System Manual.

How much does it cost?

There are two packages available. Which one you choose will depend on how much time you have available to train. The Premium Package is your option for maximum results, The Regular Package is better suited to those unable to commit to three training sessions per week.

Premium Package

18 sessions (3 x per week) = £800

Regular Package

12 sessions (2 x per week) = £600


Where does it take place?

The Metabolic Challenge is available across SW London (Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Putney, Fulham and Chelsea). 

Ideally you will able to train in Battersea Park - brilliantly equipped with an outdoor gym, 400 metre athletics track, tons of open space, plenty of car parking space and beautiful surroundings, Battersea Park truly is a great place to train and beats any crowded gym hands down!!

If this is not possible then I can come to you. All the training equipment is provided so you can get a great workout from the comfort of your own home/garden. Don't worry too much about lack of space, there is always a way of turning even the smallest of areas into a great workout space.

What happens after 6 weeks?

After the six week challenge is over you will be given a copy of The Gymless Training System and access to the members area on this website where you can receive ongoing support. With these two resources you will be well placed to continue your journey to a leaner and stronger body. However, some people decide that they would like further 1-2-1 coaching sessions to keep them on track. This can be discussed at the conclusion of the challenge!

After this session you will be better placed to decide whether or not you want to take up the challenge.

My Philosophies......

Philosophy 8 = Use it or lose it....Like any biological system your body adapts to the demands placed upon it. This is great when you are training hard, the adaptations are positive. Not so great when you quit training and return to a sedentary life. Your strength and stamina will vanish shortly after. Staying in great shape is a life long journey!


Success Story

The kettlebells classes have provided me with a full body work-out concentrating on my core strength and core stability. Since starting my torso has felt stronger than from any workout drills I have done before. Although currently injured with knee problems kettlebells have strengthened my lower back, hamstrings and thighs which have made the stability of my knees much stronger pre-op which will aid me post-op when in rehab and will make a much quicker recovery. My cardio work out can be hit in the same session and I have found my stamina improved considerably from regular sessions. The variety of workouts ensures that your are always working hard and hitting every possible muscle group in which your body was intended to move. Rather than isolating muscles you work all the supporting smaller muscles through natural movements. Compared to any other workouts I do, this is much more all encompassing and is great for people who get bored of regular routine sets and long sessions on a machine churning out the same times/distances/weights.
