Hello and thanks for visiting my personal training website, my name is Alistair Ramsay and I specialise in helping men and women across Surrey burn fat, lose weight and transform their fitness from the comfort of their own home or outdoors in the fresh air. No fad exercise machinery, special pills or extreme diets....just smart progressive training, nourishing food choices and healthy lifestyle habits.

A bit about my background.....

During a combined total of 10 years studying and working in the fields of sports science, human movement and fitness training I have completed a degree in Applied Sports Science from Edinburgh University, passed a Personal Trainer qualification with the Australian Institute Of Fitness and become a certified EKI Advanced Kettlebell Instructor with the Optimal Life Fitness Group. In addition to my 1-2-1 Personal Training business I also run a fitness information website and have written a series of training guides dedicated to anytime, anywhere training which have sold in numerous countries around the world.
