“You've always got to be aware of why you don't win, otherwise you'll keep losing. Every mistake is a learning experience and, hopefully, you won't make the same mistake again.”

My Philosophies......

Philosophy 3 = There is no perfect training system....The holy grail of fitness training does not exist. There are many different training methods and many different training tools. The one that is most effective is the one that you will actually do.

Success Story

I have found the kettlebell classes both challenging and enjoyable. Working out with other competive types, eggs you on to work harder and improve your own performmance. I have found the training fresh and different. It is good for improving tone and burning fat and I have noticed a difference in the suppleness of my back and a range of other movement. Kettlebell training is good for the Core and the muscles down the back of the body which often don’t get challenged by working on fixed weight programmes.
